She's making an idiotic distinction between Israel's "offensive" and "defensive" weaponry and capabilities, as if the impunity they enjoy from the Iron Dome doesn't affect their decision making in being the most belligerent and aggressive actor in the region. And even if we accept her bullshyt line about "we're only giving them defensive weapons!", she's arguing that we should continue giving a state actively committing a genocide defensive support.
