I mean, honestly? Yeah. The fact that they have some of the most dangerous monsters in the universe totally unguarded where anyone can just walk right in is crazy. In Alien Resurrection there were multiple armed guards with big ass rifles right outside the door where the Ripley clones were in the tubes. So, there's actually precedent for it in the universe.
