That's the problem
Prometheus & the other newer one (I forgot the name; I just call all them shyts Alien) was convoluted and shytted all over the lore, but, atleast they tried to do something other than;
- Derelict ship
- Clueless young crew
- Face hugger
- OMG, THE FACE HUGGER PUT SOMETHING IN MY STOMACH
- OMG, THE FACE HUGGER IS ON MY FACE WHILE I'M LOCKED IN A ROOM WHILE THE OTHER CHARACTERS SCREAM OUTSIDE THE DOOR

I kinda did (like many other Alien fans). Prometheus and covenant could have been dope too, if Ridley didn’t try to go in so many different direction… but he did, so fukk Prometheus and its ho ass fans. We just want xenomorphs, an android or two, isolated/dark corridors, derelict ships, a clueless crew… simplicity.

I don't give a fukk. Against my better judgement I am going to say this looks dope as hell and I'm fukking hyped. A return to basics script and Fede's vision might be exactly what the franchise needs.
