Darius Garland had the same injury after only playing 5 games at Vandy.
DG was still a top 5 pick in the draft.

Looks like he's going to play by the end of Janurary....It'll be interesting to see how many minutes he gets and how long it takes him to get up to speed. He had a brutal spring/summer. I'm assuming his plan is to come back, get up to speed, show out by March and go pro, but it might be best to come back for a full season.
Will be interesting to see how Gilbert plays this because this ain't the draft where you can just sleepwalk to lottery based off of HS rep. If he's slow to get acclimated and struggles it might be better to enter the 2027 draft because that one is being pegged to be historically weak compared to this upcoming one being the strongest in 20+ years.
