Guys like Chris Hedges, David Simon, and Cornel West have been sounding the alarm on guys like Musk for decades. And they are actually erudite, reasoned, and well researched thinkers who have put in the time necessary to have an opinion on these things. This goes back to guys like Robert McNamara and ivy-league education "operations researchers" who believe they can efficiency their way out of every problem while maximizing profit.

They tell you their playbook, it's in Musk's autobiography. Private equity and management consulting firms have been doing it for decades.

This guy (Robert Caro) wrote a book about a guy (Robert Moses) who did in it New York, back when one man could consolidate that much power.

While I get your point, did you watch the OP's video? It's a montage of actual quotes, actual footage from these people. Its not conspiracy or kook theory, it's just a documentary of what they've been saying for years and it's very damning. I agree we should all read more scholarship from well evidenced sources, but this is one of them, IMO.

Well the good news is, their version of Yoda isn’t a God who can foresee the future.

- Elon loosing half his wealth

- Other countries that the US still needs to govern with
- The Intelligence Community itself
- Lawsuits

It’s been rough for us but hasn’t been so smooth for them. The issue is, eventually they are just going to start not listening to anyone.
