Maybe Jesse refuses to cook so the Nazis do something to flush Walt out. It doesn't make sense to keep Jesse around for too long. All he has to do is show todd how to make it more pure and then it ends for him with a bullet to the head.

if jesse is smart, then he should know that cooking is what is going to keep him alive; so he should help todd cook, but incrementally increase the % of purity during the cooks - to give him time to think of a way out

Hopefully the last episode is like 2 hours or something because it seems like they need more than 2 episodes to wrap everything up imo
