You talking about Kibera, but you can drive through huge swaths of this country from Atlanta to rural areas in the South to Appalachia and find very desperate people struggling in spite of this country’s wealth. Black Americans are over represented in this population.

Maybe instead of hating on Africans, you should be petitioning your government to do more to improve the lives of her citizens.

The diaspora is a huge contributor to African economies. We sent back $100 billion in remittances in 2023. A lot of us are starting businesses and building homes on the continent. We didn’t forget where we came from. I personally hire people here and in Kenya.



But let’s be real. You don’t care about brain drain or building Africa up.
