I agree. But I'm looking at the here and now. Republicans have come out and said they are cutting back federal employee benefits while Demos have said they are staying where they are at.

That's weak logic, that's like saying if my neighbor is having a huge house party and is playing loud music, I don't have a right to complain about him playing loud music because I didn't attend the party.
