Yeah, it's a good ass show now. All the main characters are dysfunctional and cutthroat af.
It's a lot better than it was, season 3 was pretty good and worth a watch...people are crazy saying it's way better than TWD now tho, there still isn't a character anywhere near as interesting as Rick, Negan, Morgan etc on that show.
Bullshyt. All those pan out/ holding shots aren't needed and seem to be there just to lengthen the episode. I get that Gabriel is a priest or whatever, but what's the benefit of bringing dude back? He's been usurped, Maggie's the new leader, he's an a$$hole. Then he finesse you and leave you

I binged the last four episodes of FTWD this weekend. I still don't think it fukks with the original series, but it's come a long way from how it started. Basically I'm watching the adventures of junkie Depp.

yeah whole shyt was pretty laughable. whole episode i wondered how did i get here? i used to love this shyt and anticipate it and now i'm just sitting here with thehalf way thru and this sh-t isstatus
faceI did exactly the same, Yeah Nick and Alicia are pretty cool now along with Strand but they're still not really unique as far as show characters go, all a lot more bearable than they were tho.
I take back what I said about there being no really interesting characters because I just remembered Troy, but they already killed him off lol
Alicia has come a long way from where she started. Junkie Depp has always been interesting, and Papi & Strand are the most interesting of both shows.
FWD has the much better pacing...people get to their destinations in 1 ep, they can balance story arcs better...possibly because they don't have characters that anyone would want to follow for an entire ep, other that Junkie Depp. I think what FWD also has that makes it better than TWD is that they're not afraid to off anyone that doesn't get a positive response. Annoying hubby, off him, annoying kid off him, annoying GF, off them, annoying henchmen, off them, annoying Top Goon, off him ASAP and take his spot.

The writers know better than to make real episodes like thatI agree with you, but you said it yourself there's no one interesting enough to be in the spotlight (fukk that Tara centric episode tho), the positives that come from that is everything you listed, the big negative from tho, for me at least anyway is that I don't find the world or the characters in FTWD as interesting as TWD.
But, like I said Fear has improved a lot over the last year, I actually haven't seen this premier yet but I'm about to go watch now, the general thoughts Iv been told/seen so far is that it was a good episode with the usual fukktard behaviour from certain characters.
Sasha was there. Who i thought would bring down the house was Glenn(Steven Yuen). I thought for sure he'd be on there. Maybe i missed his video?
