leave these "women" alone... just jackoff...... tell your sons, nephews cousins friends.....

#mgtow was right :leon:

....and they are going to be targeting us..... be smart

That’s what they were trying to set up but it’s only fair if the women get charged with trafficking themselves

I guess they pay taxes so makes it legit

Prostitution is illegal.
As in paying someone for a sexual act.is illegal.

But paying someone for a sexual act, recording it and selling the video.is not. :skip:

Im not pro prostitution, but it should be legalized. Not every exchange is tied to trafficking. Some women want to get paid for sex,.and some men want to pay:yeshrug:

This does nothing to prove the premise of the thread. You can’t pick one random arrest in buttfukk Alabama and make a statement about how people will be charged universally...

You’re not paying attention, remember all those arrests at the super bowl:

https://thegrio.com/2019/02/01/super-bowl-sex-trafficking-atlanta-authorities-make-33-arrests-ahead-of-nfl-weekend/

p
imps always rack up at all star weekend and TSB, now they’re cracking down and hitting dudes with those sex trafficking charges

This wasn’t even an issue for law enforcement or the media in the 90’s

Wow, many of you are ignorant of the law, let me school you

prostitution & porn are legally different, that's what's important not what your feelings are about it

a company paying 2 or more actors to perform sexual acts on video then sell that video to the public can't be the same for a horny 9-5'er paying a meth head $20 to suck his sick behind an alley.

yes, it's sex for money but it's not legally the same, regardless of what YOU think

this is why I keep telling nikkas to leave hookers alone and start their own site

You know what’s also crazy. It’s legal to be a “private” porn collector. As in you pay a bytch to fukk on camera but you don’t have any expectations to distribute the video.

it's not legal, you just recorded evidence of a crime, they're certain things that MUST happen for it to be legal. The public must have access to it.

Porn nikkas pay taxes, that's why they get a pass...

Legality in this country is entirely based on what uncle sam can eat off (taxes)...

If he can't eat off you selling your p*ssy, its illegal for you to sell it...

many hookers pay taxes

Porn companies pay taxes BECAUSE it’s legal, not the other way around.

They could easily tax prostitution too if they legalized it, word to Nevada.
it's up to the state to change the legality, prostitution is legal in nevada but not las vegas

The president of the United States is famously known for paying for sex with a porn star using campaign money but that just goes under the radar. Yet the average man will get targeted over a $40 special. shyt is wild.

this is false, he fukked her for free, paid her to shut up and she didn't, no one knows where the money came from, it came from overseas and triggered the bank's anti laundering system.

So when these IG models get flown out, who's doing the trafficking: the model or the guy she's going to see? :ohhh:

her pimp

ou could legit set up a facade porn production company and pay hookers as actors (most of them are anyway)

facade? the company must be real according to the rules of the state

You’re wasting my time now; provide a law or your point is invalid. Pulling up case by case is only a case by case review of what happened on those particular cases. It does not illustrate how it’s universally acceptable or practice to link those charges together.

Not to mention, you have no details of these cases nor why the charges fell the way they did. Pulling one by one just illustrates how you might not have a full grasp on how law works..,

Well first off, your level of anger/frustration over this topic is bizarre, are you a pimp? :gucci:

The term “sex trafficking” for years meant underage girls usually shipped in from some other country, they’re now starting to expand the term

I posted 2 articles to show that, if you need a press conference and a law before you believe it, that’s on you :hubie:

It has already been said, but I think this sex trafficking is over stated. It happens, but not on the wide scale that is currently being portrayed.

The federal government is trying to hide behind cracking down on child trafficking to really crack down on prostitution which is illegal by definition, but it is not a serious threat to society when it is between two consenting adults.

Most of these prostitutes are of legal age and are independent contractors that are selling their body to someone for the purpose of sex.

Some drug addict or individual that fell on hard times trying to make extra cash by selling sex shouldn't be trafficking charges in my opinion.

I noticed ever since the current presidential administration has taken office the federal government has had this war on trafficking. The irony in that is many of them like the have utilized the company of prostitutes including the commander in chief.

There's a 1st amendment argument that porn productions are "art." That's why there used to be certain porn "rules' in place like sound tracks and story lines. You could legit set up a facade porn production company and pay hookers as actors (most of them are anyway), but most people looking for $20 blow jobs aren't about that much effort for a nut.

My level of frustration, as you put it, comes from constant misinformation flowing around the forum. Like I said, you post two random articles proves nothing towards the point of the thread, which is that, ALL prostitution comes with those additional charges.

the fact you keep posting random arrest articles shows me you don’t understand how the police go about charging people, reasons particular to each case, and the fact you can’t provide a written law means that there is no ruling made that connects the two automatically

Not to mention, now you have people talking in this thread about the topic as if it’s viable, when it’s not.

if you don’t see any problem with that, then you don’t care about people being in the dark

:hubie:

me saying you’re wrong over and over doesn’t seem to get thru to you though...
