That's how steak is supposed to be cookedm the rarity is the pinkness in the center. If the steak is pink on the outside it is raw. Smh people are retarded eating it otherwise

That's basically the ideal temp for that type of cut. It just looks worse (more pink) due to the thickness of it.

Never had prime rib. The ones in the video look like it could be cooked more honestly.

And once you get passed the outside char, where's the flavor?
