For Prime Rib, that's on the raw side of rare.
That's how steak is supposed to be cookedm the rarity is the pinkness in the center. If the steak is pink on the outside it is raw. Smh people are retarded eating it otherwiseI prefer a good char on the outside even if the steak is medium rare/rare on the inside

That's basically the ideal temp for that type of cut. It just looks worse (more pink) due to the thickness of it.
