I remember staying over my cousins house in seth boyden projects watching the cars do doughnuts back n forth. They gave zero fukks. I don't think it's as bad as it used to be. Newark in the 90's was too much. You don't see that many stolen cars in EO no more. I miss my old East Orange it looks like shyt now.

My uncle got his shyt stolen and it turned out that the dudes who stole his shyt were joyriding until they got in a gunfight while in the car, the shyt got sprayed with bullets and it turns out they found a body in it
...

What's the police procedure for that?
1. Your uncle reported the stolen car to Newark PD.
2. Later, your uncle got a call at his house phone. A cop told him "The car that you reported as stolen was used in a shootout. We found a corpse in the car. The vehicle is in the police impound lot. We are finished collecting evidence. You wanna come pick up your car, or what?"
3. And then what did your uncle do? Even if he just wanted the car dumped at the junk yard, the cops would charge him to transport it, right?
