So in my late 30s I became a manager at Olive Garden, and then moved on to Outback Steakhouse.
BOTH had private "lounges" upstairs where regulars could hang out, smoke cigars etc. If you get where I'm going with this, for a certain amount, they could could request certain bartenders/servers exclusively serve them.
Some of these chicks already pull down 800-1000 a week of 2-3 shifts. Word up some of em bought houses at 23, 24, had paid off cars. Its a whole different world these folks move in.
