no, that's bullshyt. he won by making hillary into a boogieman, using fox news and her own personal history

biden would have beat trump in 2016 :yeshrug:the republicans ENTIRE playbook was "oh, well i know trump is awful but anything except a clinton presidency". that wouldnt have worked on biden

What makes you think they won't just make Biden into a boogieman? He's basically a male version of Hillary Clinton. I guess you could say not being female is an advantage but that may not cut it.

And Trump absolutely won by dog whistling about Obama. His whole foray into politics was based on making up (and convincing a lot of the country of) conspiracies about Obama not being an American citizen, for little other reason than that he's black. :heh:

Hillary was a terrible candidate but the main reason we got Trump was backlash against Obama.

.
why do you think obama chose biden as his VP in 2008, instead of hillary clinton? the answer is the answer to all your questions :yeshrug:

this just isnt true :yeshrug: obama was NOT unpopular in 2016, and he's not unpopular now. of course the racists hated him, but they always did. independents and moderates were not rejecting obama in 2016 to the point where they would have rejected biden since he was obama's VP

By 1944 the marginal tax rate on the highest bracket was 94%

Put dont the phone and pick up a book, buddy
you think anyone really paid that :mjlol:

im not your enemy on this, so im not gonna argue about it. but the problem is spending, not the government's revenue. you can go steal all the 1%'s money and it runs the government for like 5 months :skip:

and bernie couldnt even beat hillary in a primary full of only democrat voters :dahell:
Bernie lost to Hillary due to a combo of lack of name recognition and the Democratic establishment solidly backing Hillary. People know him this time around which is why he's doing so much better.

Not to mention that Bernie didn't even start campaigning full-time until something like November 2015 because he didn't realize he had a legit chance until late and was still fulfilling his normal role in the Senate. Whereas Clinton's operation had been up almost a year at that point and she didn't have Senate duties to worry about.

Wait, who da fukk are you so deeply in love with that you want to see progressive candidates do poorly? :gucci:

And how many electoral votes do you think the South has, total? :jbhmm:
im not rocking with any of these candidates, I was rocking for Tulsi but she went too extreme for me. i suppose she's jocking for her next place of employment because there is no way Trump is losing to these progressives or stuttering Biden. I don't know how serious Kloubachar is, but she isn't getting much traction. Buttigreg probably the most electable but I can't see the South messing with him

The only reason Biden has the slightest chance is "electability". Half the Biden supporters I talk to only support him because they think he's moderate/white/male enough to beat Trump.
when you consider Bernie is biden voters next preferred candidate there is a lot of truth to the white male angle considering their politics are so different

Biden also trailing the pack by a large margin with "locked in" voters. People answering polls out of some weird sense of obligation are carrying his campaign
