Exclusives sell consoles :hula: Exclusives don’t actually sell on the console :wow:
Makes you wonder why PS consoles consistently outsell M$ consoles.

According to y’all if it’s not on this list it doesn’t matter. Kinda breaks the whole “they do it because of their digital library argument”

It’s almost like folks play/buy more than 1 game a year…

Breh it's insane.

And to top it off the exclusives that are listed rank higher with units sold in comparison to the money made from sales.

Watch out though, gamepass cannibalizing sales

Because it's popular, MS isnt and friends want to play with friends.

So Nah, It actually reinforces it. I can guarantee you the Xbox and Nintendo top 20 list included more 1st party games on both ends.

People are locked in with where they play now after creating a digital library of a certain size or value, and currently i don't think there is anything changing that outside something like play anywhere.

PC, mobile and just older hardware options are way to viable for your average person

The unpopular Xbox 360 would like a word with you...

And no, the xbox list would look just like this one sans spider-man.

according to you people don't buy exclusives (or anything else outside of this list), that digital library wouldn't matter if they just bought CoD every year.

Those game usually need bundles and extreme discounts in order to reach those numbers.

And the games are becoming increasingly more expensive to make.

For example, spider-man 2 cost almost 3 times as much to make as spider-man 1 and has yet to sell as much as spider-man 1.

Sony doesn’t make much money on first party stuff. Which is why they are starting to put their games on other platforms.

When i said this dudes called me crazy.

As always, when the numbers come out, Sony cult narratives are at odds with reality.
