If any species has mastered interstellar travel it's obvious they've solved those problems.
Just a few hundred years ago it was almost a flip of the coin surviving an ocean voyage. And to this day we've only explored a fraction of the ocean (undersea) that constitutes the majority of our planet.

but it's extremely extremely extremely improbable any organic lifeform is capable of interstellar travel
