Hmmmmmm I don't know fam, from what we have seen on this planet every god that is worshiped is only as strong as the people that believe in them. The track record of deity's in the grave shows evidence of this. At one point Zeus had power in Greece then people stopped believing and praying to him. The same thing with Horus and Amen Ra in Egypt. So when you say God doesn't need our prayers what is the name of the god you are talking about? since everybody doesn't pray to the same deity.

How can you make this assertion brother when you haven't left this planet to explore the rest of the universe?

To be honest, I've been posting in religious threads all day and I'm kinda burnt out. Not something I generally like to talk about here in the first place. But you stepped with respect so I'm gonna try to take some time out for you.

First things first, you have to understand God. There is only one God. Zeus does not compare to God. He was a human-like figure that lived on a mountain. God is the creator of the entire universe. Zeus was never believed to be the creator of the universe. There is no real comparison there once this is understood.

Again, there is only one God. People may debate on how to worship God, or disagree what His name is, but there is only one. Creator of all that is in the universe. I don't need to explore the rest of the universe to know there is nothing like Him because I understand that if something is in the universe, it automatically doesn't compare since God isn't a part of the creation. He is the creator.

If everyone on Earth stopped praying to God, He would still be in command of the universe. Our belief isn't necessary. But that will never happen anyway. You may think it possible, but I'm telling you it's not. There is a human being praising God every second of the day, all day. Think about that. That's 100% fact. Every single second. And the numbers are only growing. It wasn't always like that, God being praised every single second. See, God existed and was worshiped long before the Ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. But as the world has populated, this became the case. It will continue until the population dwindles. This is not speculation. This is 100% true.

So even though God doesn't need us to believe and worship Him, it's guaranteed to happen every second of every day anyway. :yeshrug:

6 Side.
No surprise here. Matter fact, it says in the quran alot of muslims are gonna leave islam and those that are non-muslims will turn to islam.

What pisses me off though is the fact that these people want attention. If you want to leave islam, leave. No one gives 2 shyts about you or your beliefs. :rudy:

Thanks for the response fam, but you still didn't tell me the name of your god? how does your god compare to Jesus/Yahweh ? You make the assertion that there is only one deity, but like we talked about in the other thread there never seems to be just one when it comes to the universe, plus not every religion is monotheist . I think its a limiting thing to say with the constant signs of diversity we observe. Which god are you talking about that was worshiped before the Egyptians, Romans, and Greeks? Since the Hindus have the oldest religion and the Egyptians gods pre date Judaism ,Christianity and Islam also? Does your god pre date all those gods from the religions I listed? thanks again for the response peace

Also its okay to say you don't know instead of saying you know there is nothing in the universe that compares when the truth is you believe there is nothing else in the universe that compares. But I could be wrong, maybe you can prove that assertion about knowing every corner of the universe.

God/Yahweh/Allah... The Spaniards call Him Dios. God is God. The Jews weren't the first to worship Yahweh. Abraham worshipped God long before Moses. Noah worshipped God long before Abraham. The first man, Adam, worshipped God. God was worshipped long before the Egyptians and long after.

And this isn't an issue of not knowing, so that statement wouldn't be necessary. It's in the definition of God. He is the creator, not a part of the creation. Anything you find in the creation cannot be the creator. Thus, anything you find in e universe cannot be like God, for it would be a part of the creation, and therefore not the creator. As a non-believer maybe that seems foreign but to one who understands, it's a pretty basic concept. So no, I don't need to travel the universe to know this because once you say "in the universe" I know you're not referring to the creator. No need to even entertain the thought. :yeshrug:

Again, this is by definition and automatically understood.

Define "spirit" in terms that doesn't employ verbal sophistry and empty poetry.
I have a better riddle

If a tree falls in the forest and @Napoleon didn't hear it, did it make a sound?
