I'd take kawhi over chuck
Its a scorer's league. We know Chuck can put a mediocre team on his back and put up 30 or 40 if he has to.

We still haven't seen Kawhi be THAT GUY. Is that his fault? Not really. The Spurs have a great group of guys around him. But we saw Chuck BE the system.

Idk if you can give the ball to Kawhi and say "win this series for us" and have him destroy his matchup like Chuck destroyed Kemp in '93.

Kawhi is MILES ahead as a defender obviously. But going up against Bron and KD...you're going to get roasted a lot of the time no matter how you defend them. Offense >>> Defense.

Kawhi has been the guy for the past 3 years and he's only getting better he shows up game in and game out and gives his all on both sides something chuck never did

Chuck would be LOST on defense in today's league where communication, effort, and understanding angles is paramount.

Barkley would be getting abused in PnR sets and be giving up open threes, alley oops, and the like.

It's close imo. Barkley's rebounding give him the edge. AI on the other hand was more consistent. He led the league in scoring 4 times, and 3 times in steals.

charles barkley, easily...i know it's easy to knock chuck cause of a lot of stupid shyt he says, but when it comes to what he did on that court, people shouldnt underestimate...the man was a 6'4 pf, think about that for a sec...and he dominated...yea, it's easy to say he doesnt have a ring and try to use that against him, but rings are a team accomplishment, not individual...when it comes to ballin, chuck was a baller, plain and simple....it's a reason he one of the 50 greatest....

that's not a slight towards ai neither...he was a baller too and will be on the next greatest list they do (51-100), but sir charles was just a better baller....

AI was 6' 165 lbs shooting guard and dominated (in the best era for shooting guards). Chuck was 6'6" though.

ai wasnt 6' tall, and barkley wasnt 6'6...barkley was 6'4, i've stood beside him...and ai was more like 5'10/11....also, just cause he shot a lot and pretty much played the sg, doesnt mean he went against sgs...ai went against pgs for the most part...hence the reason they had eric snow to guard the bigger guards/sgs....

with that said: ai was nice, but not as nice as barkley...
