Heavy Rain doesn't have much in the way of complicated stuff going on. It's like if you play Final Fantasy XIII when there's less going on Square uses way more high res models but when the action happens they use lower resolution ones.
You control the main character, there are inputs needed to be pressed throughout the time played to progress the story.
Ryse, you control the character, there are inputs needed to be pressed throughout the time playing to progress. What's the difference?
Most new games are cinematic as heck so they mind as well be called interactive movies.

If that clown truly thinks Heavy Rain looks better than Ryse, then he seioursly needs to see the optometrist. I actually consider Heavy Rain my favorite PS3 game, but to think it compares to Ryse is laughable.
