Alright i just had some diahrea and im trying to get to the bottom of it

So ima just give a rundown of what i had today

ate a lil bowl of special k vanilla almond when i woke up
had a scoop of superpump max about 40 minutes before my workout
had a protein shake (nitrotech) when i got home
had a chicken salad + multivitamin(had boiled eggs, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, corn, carrots n bunch of chicken) about a hour after the shake, which was about 2 hours ago


now the nile river just came out my ass and it had me like :mindblown:, im not lactose intolerant and i only use water with protein shakes. but this is my first time workin out in 2 weeks . do you guys think its just my body getting used to the supplements again + the load of protein or the fact i had eggs in my salad?


:huhldup: as im writing this i feel my stomach bubblin, dont want this shyt happenin again

its the super pump take smaller doses till your body adjusts dont jump back into the same amount u used to use

Personally, I have to have solid foods immediately with protein shakes or else bubble guts kick in :huhldup:

Yep. Highest possiblity of some kind of germ or bacteria in the food. Other possiblity were you touched a surface (door, table, chair, etc.) that had germs and you put your finger in your mouth, for whatever reason.

not 100 percent sure what to tell you but regardless, you should try to put more a lot more solid foods into your diet than what you're eating. it's a possibility that anything you messed with that day could have done it even the protein powders. don't underestimate the effects of those protein powders, energy boosters, and multivitamins.

You better be careful. Try limiting your Fiber intake it might be a case of IBS or IBD like what happened to me. I had diarrhea for 3 weeks straight eventually shytting blood every 10 mins and i got diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. shyt's a monster if you don't watch your diet....

@MMSex Fiber actually makes the process of absorbing nutrients through your colon slower. It makes the bacteria in certain food eat away at your colon lining. In my case My immune system is too high and most of the bacteria and nutrients are seen as a foreign body trying to harm the body. so, all my white blood cells attack my colon eating away at it, making countless ulcers and you leak blood all day.
