So ima just give a rundown of what i had today
ate a lil bowl of special k vanilla almond when i woke up
had a scoop of superpump max about 40 minutes before my workout
had a protein shake (nitrotech) when i got home
had a chicken salad + multivitamin(had boiled eggs, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, corn, carrots n bunch of chicken) about a hour after the shake, which was about 2 hours ago
now the nile river just came out my ass and it had me like
, im not lactose intolerant and i only use water with protein shakes. but this is my first time workin out in 2 weeks . do you guys think its just my body getting used to the supplements again + the load of protein or the fact i had eggs in my salad?
