Alright you cultureless swine, how many of uncouth peasants don't re-rack?

I always rerack and wipe down my weights

It's a habit, I'm a fairly clean person. I like the spaces I interact with to be clean.

Always wipe down your equipment in the gym and wash your hands thoroughly upon leaving the gym.
The study discovered that each piece of gym equipment has more than 1 million germs per square inch.

It showed that the average treadmill has 74 times more bacteria than a public water faucet.

The 24 I used to go to has signs all around the joint telling people to re-rack.

Honestly I rarely see people not reracking weight. It is however rare for people to wipe down equipment after use

Definitely more people rerack than not.

However you do get some idiots that leave a few plates on the bench or power rack.

Which is inconsiderate or dangerous if someone inexperienced comes along and they deload improperly.

As far as wiping equipment down, it became a habit of mine since covid.

I wipe my equipment down pre-use because I don't know what nasty mofo was lifting before.

And I wipe it down afterwards, because at times I sweat, and I think that's inconsiderate and nasty to leave a station like that.

Granted I'm only in one area.

The power rack.

And I ain't mad at you, I don't do it all the times but I have my days bro. I'm just being honest. It's the cycle of life in the gym and please believe AHCH I pelled of Plates before numerous times and I just chalk it up as the nuisance of the gym. People have their days, people forget and people are tired it happens.

This is real shyt, I was working out with my nephew on Monday.

He was there before me and benching, so he didn’t think to wipe down the surface. I shyt you not I touched it and worked out.

Man before I left the gym I could feel the mucus forming like my immune system could potentially get sick.

Now I’m doubling down, no fukks givens. And cleaning every surface I touch before I lift.

I noticed I haven’t been sick at all since Covid. And mainly because I’ve been more hygienic overall.

I don't give a fried fukk how 'tired' someone is. :what:

It's been days when I basically collapsed after the W/O, took 5 or 10 minutes, then packed up everything I pulled out of place.

I also call motherfukkers out and make em put their bullshyt away so...:yeshrug:
