Man. I barely do anything but work. I need a haircut and a beard trim. I just sleep all weekend. It’s sad.
I used to be like this it was vitamin D deficiency, it was very low. I changed to the opposite when I corrected that

People talk about personality and drive and all that shyt but now I understand that humans are mostly dependent on hormones, vitamins and minerals

This what I used to hit my family or friends with. It's just different. It is some of those things you mention. Problem is... You don't care. It doesn't make sense, and a lot of times you know it doesn't make sense. You just don't have the motivation for lack of a better word to do what logically makes sense. I'm fortunate when I go through my episodes I still can make logical sense of things. Some people can't.

I have to go on a preset pattern of things that physically raise my mood. But sometimes at my worse, I can't even muster the energy to do what I know will make me feel better physically and mentally.
It's crazy I used to feel like your last paragraph. Until I discovered vitamin d deficiency and I corrected. When that was fixed that shyt just comes naturally, no need to raise your mood or really do something. It kinda makes me thinking that very successful people just got all they hormones vitamins and shyt on point

Doctor put me on vitamin d supplement. Not sure if it worked. Physical activity is best for me, but sometimes I can't always get it in.

When my body undergoes physical exertion, it shakes off whatever hormones bringing my mood down. Sometimes I just don't have the wherewithal to hit the gym.

Very very very important.

Especially for the folks that grew up in Tropical climates then moved as an adult to Europe or the US.

The lack of natural foods and sunlight will lead you straight into depression if you don’t monitor your vitamin D levels.

Take a month off work and do shrooms every day like I did a couple years ago. Shyt was epic, had the chance to smoke PCP but passed. Was magical.
Went back to work and felt like a new job.
How u eat shrooms everyday for a month, just one trip throw yo whole tolerance off, you damn near got to fry yo shyt to even feel anything

And everyday at that, I know yo brain was sluggish the rest of the year after that
