@Sad Bunny minus the gay trolling you seem like a decent dude. If you are eating right and not taking drugs it could be a chemical imbalance, you also might not be living right and your subconscious knows this.
Sometimes happiness needs to be earned through your actions and actions you don’t take (like not eating shyt or doing drugs or alcohol).
Journaling helps me a lot because you get your thoughts out of your head and figure things out. Most insurance cover some type of mental therapy too.
And the days you don’t feel like going to the gym are the days you push yourself the hardest. It’s a non negotiable you have to work out 3-4 times a week.,
