Lowkey. Beli and Elway have the best successor setups in football. Osweiler was Mallet's level at ASU and now he's learning behind Peyton. Both the Pats and Broncos are young outside of their QB. They can keep building the team until Osweiler/Mallet are ready or Peyton/Brady retire. It's genius.

his stats are off the charts in terms of his arm, size (II), athleticism.

if you go by that holy qb chart, he's a little too tall, but most importantly to me, in big game pressure situations, he rarely came through. that worries me. pats took little risk drafting him. maybe they saw something, but that lack of a clutch gene worries me. if he gets his chance it prolly wont be in new England though.

I think they will entertain offers only because Brady is going to play for at least another 3 or 4 seasons and they could get a decent draft pick or a conditional, maybe for another prototype that is off the radar in this draft. Pats front office is

low key one of the best backups in the NFL, I have watched him play some snaps in Patriots preseason games and he has a rocket arm and poise in the pocket. He's not athletic, but should a team offer a pick and give him a chance to start, because he will rot in New England Brady is going nowhere soon.
