When I imagine myself married with kids I never see my wife wearing extensions or weave. I'm not against it I just wish it wasn't so normalized.

This is where im at with it. I just don't like the full dependence on weave. If I had a daughter I wouldn't want that ingrained on her....too much trauma imo. Once in a while cool..I get it, the same with make up. I understand a little bit but when your entire face is covered in make up....I just can't do it

i'm a woman...and i guarantee you we look and feel better when we have our "thing" right - for some women it's hair, others it's eyebrows, makeup, nails/toes, outfits, body, etc. yall gotta stop equating weaves and extensions to some lack of esteem when it's no more than having your shyt the way you want it.

and that pic does not look anywhere near out of place as an asian with a fro - that's a believable amount of hair worn in a way that women who straighten their own hair wear it. and if you mean natural as in not straightened, that world is full of extensions and weaves too

Can’t stand weaves. Never had a problem dating black women with their own hair. And yes I’m aware other races of women wear “extensions”.

Also can’t stand tattoos and those nasty ass acrylic nails. Plenty of women who meet that criteria.

The only thing that has limited my dating pool in the past was avoiding those god fearing loons. If I break up with my current lady, it’s gonna be struggle.
