Am I the only one sad about the death of brick and mortar big box stores?

Retail is never going away fully. Alot of people still prefer to come in and purchase even at a more expensive price.
But yea its dwindling down and only going to get worse.
But people dont understand is its online retail going to affect them negatively also

No lines, horrible customer service, annoying people/kids, going and they don't have what you want, cheaper prices, not being hustled to add on shyt or sign up for loyalty cards..thank you based Amazon! But of course they will always be around just not as popular.

Even less opportunities to meet women The price difference isn't that off when you consider shipping. But places like amazon.com have squeezed couriers fulfillment centers with low wages and shytty contracts to the point where shipping is cheap. Nowadays as long as people can save a buck they give no fukks about the long term ramifications. The only time I buy something online to save money is if I can get it used or if its something that's not available at the store.

Nahh breh I've heard amazon is an amazing place to work.

I have a friend who trucks and she had 24 hour non stop runs from philly to ( I forgot where) like 2 years ago for Amazon.

She said it was on eof the most friendly places she ever stopped.

They offered the truck drivers snacks and water.

Heard they also treat their sups really good.

The only thing I buy in stores are groceries and random stuff here and there. Electronics, mostly clothing and other stuff I have no problem using free prime two day shipping or paying a few extra bucks for one day. Games you get the same day of release with Prime or I can go digital. Just way more convient to me Waiting in line isn't the only thing that makes me not go to stores.

Prime is so cheap because Amazon outsources its shipping to transportation companies that hire slave couriers. People don't understand whats behind those cheap prices.

How do you buy clothes without trying them on? Then if you don't like what you buy you have to package it up and ship it right back.

Returning stuff makes Online shopping an bad experience.

I usually hit the right size I'm shooting like 90% from the field I fukked up on a jacket from Macys it was too big and I got some khakis that were too big. That's the only fukk ups in about two years.
