I read articles and watch a lot of News television..but reading a full book? haven't done that since Elementary school.. to Pink Monkey and Spark Notes for carrying me through high school and college.

reading is a skill that needs to be nurtured. you don't just hit a reading level and stay in a holding pattern for the rest of your life. those of you that haven't read a book definitely have poorer comprehension skills, and i'm sure your writing skills are relatively shyt as well.
