You don’t, you just take note and move accordingly. I have personally accepted how black women get down, so I have taken steps to ensure we have very limited interaction. I don’t interact with them unless they are in very obvious distress (excluding domestic sh*t) or if I’m romantically interested. When I do have to talk to them at a work, I’m very kind but I don’t discuss anything that doesn’t have to do with work.
This one chick was walking past my cubicle at work and she had a hole in the back of her tights (inappropriate work attire BUT you can’t tell a black woman that they are dressed inappropriately unless you want an argument filled with feminist talking points) I saw it but I didn’t say a word and she came in my office saying, “ OMG, I walked past you 100 times and you didn’t even tell me!” I acted like I didn’t know what she was speaking of.

I think "weakest link" cuts for many of you because somewhere deep deep deep down, you believe it to be true.
It gets at your insecurities around manhood and your position in your families, communities, and society.
If its cutting to you, you should probably be figuring out the reasons why, as that is more important than who said it.

Funny that we're in a time where terms such a "micro-aggression" and "gas lighting" have gained popularity, but everyone is quick to tell us (Black men) that we shouldn't take these attacks seriously.
The world finds it easy to understand how girls not being encouraged to pursue certain careers and not seeing representation can hinder their development. But screaming "nikkas aint shyt", calling us the weak link and bullet bags is nothing?
