Am I the only person with many consoles and games, who plays WAY less now than before?

I still desire to play a lot but I work 40hours a week, sometimes more and I have other things going where I can't be playing all day. I still browse/read about games daily though. Passion is still there. I still get amped up and geeked out over a select few games every year or so.
Examples?

Past few years games I've been stupid hype for were Persona 5, Uncharted 4, Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Remaster, Driveclub, Smash Bros Wii U, The Nintendo Switch, TLOU, Zero Escape:Zero Time Dilemma and a few others that didn't come to mind yet.
I have TLOU, played 30 mins.
Uncharted 4, never opened. Even got the special edition with the big figurine..

How did you like those?^

Which one of the ones you mentioned did you like most?

Nice list. I take it Driveclub was a let down.

Whats the point of buying games and not playing them?

I really never understood these backlogs that a lot of you have.

Loved em. TLOU really doesn't kick off until like 2-3 hours later.
UC4 another dope gamee.

My fave out of all of those has been Persona 5. I got like 200hrs into it cumulatively(I have two versions of it a JP and an EN copy).

Ok ok..

Smurfs. White devils. We do get older and want to LIVE adventures. BUT.. what about movies? What about sports: we don't stop watching those in general. I think the access to anything and the excess you talk about is a real issue.

P.S. Is that you Courtdog? Like.. SOHH Court?

:jbhmm:

If so negruh we go bike nh - you still a PS nikkah huh?

:gladbron:
I disagree, as you get older you do slow up on all those things. Mainly because entertainment is catered towards the youth. So movies suck these days and our parents would say the same thing about what we liked. Eventually we'll all be watching Bananza or Mash :francis:

I've also abandoned college sports. Used to be life, now I'll catch them younger nikkaz at the combine!!!

it's still fukk Sony :myman:

How many exciting titles come out a year per console? Let's say 20. And this number grows if you game on multiple consoles, cellphone/etc. There's only 12months a year. You COULD keep yourself busy for 24hrs a day if you chose to do that. So often times people bite off more than they can chew sohh to speak. 4 free games per month isn't helping the situation. I have 300games now on my Xbox. Maybe 20 if those are demos. About 70 Xbox360games, over 100 Xbox one games. I've found enjoyment in the majority of the games I played, especially the ones not talked up on here. The deer God, goatz, #idarb are games I would have never tried. Now I'm sad I can't dedicate more time because I have other AAA titles I haven't gotten to from even last gen :snoop:

The university of Phoenix being investigated for being a bootleg school :wow:

University of Phoenix owner sells as 50,500 students flee

I juggle SAT/GMAT studying between a full time job bro. I don't have time to do every multiverse challenge in Injustice 2. :yeshrug:

I agree. Plus the recent barrage of incredible games has left me with fatigue. Just about finished Zelda and when I start to play Persona 5...I just get exhausted cause I see this will just eat more of my time. And the weather is getting nice...
