Your the fakkit, xbox dikk rider...

What is the point of a Single player story mode game. To play through the game, get immersed in the story right?

What about a game like heavy rain where the ending is despondent on how you react. Immersion is what your playing these games for. Whats the point of a campaign games story? To tell a story to get you interested in the characters and world's lore. Imagine a game in which you play, immerse yourself and have all endings lead to the same fukking dead end!?!?

Dont you think THAT IS fukkING BULLshyt! I could care less about the fukking tacked on multiplayer i came to see how the story ended... fukk that multiplayer component bullshyt! that shyt dont interest me. I could care less about having fun playing a game. That's why alot of these games are failing nowadays because their story and their ambitions to focus on that aspect is fukking weak! it's so damn weak....

Your telling me you play a solo campaign only game to have fun ONLY??? once that game is over then what? You dont seem to get it. There's a thing called the payoff... it happens in any form of literature story or otherwise. You sit and watch a movie, whether it's for a trilogy or standalone. the worst feeling to ever have when you finish is wasted time.

It's the same thing as playing Video games now! im paying money to enjoy myself but to see a good story. if the payoff is garbage it feels like wasted time.

Mass Effect came out years ago, they retconned the fukking ending with the extended cut bullshyt. So the original ending most people havent even seen. Who hasnt finished fukking mass effect 3?!?

:what:
I'm halfway thru ME2. People who have all systems, lives/etc tend to not finish tons of games.
Most even :manny:
And once again, you talk about movies/books and stories. Yes, that applies to those
Games? Not so much. The problem with gaming is its trying to be that, and then you start feeling the way you do. I knew all along that reaching for that isn't what makes a game good or fun
Because games was fun before they had endings. You do realize that the majority of games don't have endings like that. Every game can't be a snooze fest like MGS. You see, that game tries to focus on story so much that the story takes away from the game... literally since MGS4 was a 5hr game :mjlol:

A game should be fun first and foremost. A good ending is just icing on a cake. I loved the fukk out of Goldeneye on N64 right
Game would be fun regardless if it had James Bond or James Brady (he could be odd job)

as for the thread topic:

if it's people that havent purchased the game through amazon, they should remove the reviews...if the people have purchased the game through amazon, they should let them say whatever they want....

on a side note: i really hope people arent posting negative reviews just cause the game isnt on ps4; just like i hope people arent just posting postive reviews cause it's on xbox1...i dont take professional reviews seriously, but i've listened to actual customer reviews before because i'm giving them the benfit of the doubt that they are really sharing how they feel about said product...cause i know i do..i've left reviews for video games before on websites i purchased from, in order to tell people about the game, and help them decide with they purchase..

I think you should read the negative reviews on amazon for yourself. they brought the game and was disappointed. alot of them are calling it Boring...

I was too busy living life and having access to games across 3 platforms (not including PC/Cell)
So I often don't get to finish or even play the top games. I buy them, toss them in the dungeon
I might play them for 30min, but then a new game comes out and I'm like :patrice:
Repeat... now I got a backlog of over 100gms.

When it was in the teens... it was a good thing. Now, I be feeling BAD just looking at my backlog
Especially now since we in the digital age. I got 100gms on my 360HDD, I never played probably 70 of them
And I cant stop buying new games every week since they so damn cheap on XBL :damn:

shyt, even XB1 games are discounted on live. RYSE and COD Ghost are now $39.99 if you download them

Really? I buy so many games but dont got the time to complete them... :stopitslime: I just wanna have fun though.
When you reach adulthood, you can get the games you want
When you have too many games to play, you tend to not wanna play any of them
Thats how it is for me, and I've heard too many ppl on here express the same sentiment.
I know why that is too. It started for me once I modded my Xbox and had every game
I realized that I appreciated my games much more when I didn't have so many choices
A good game might not start off great. If you have other games, you won't enjoy that first game enough to reach it "good parts"
Its hard to stick to a game if there is a slightly better one nearby.

If you have all the consoles, maybe a family, maybe you go out a lot to drink/party/whatever
Then there isn't enough time for ALL OF THAT.
For me, I get it in as much as I can. I got Titanfall, played like 2gms online and havent touched it since
Not cuz I didn't like it.. but because I been busy with life. My xbox been on for 2hrs, I'm on here talking to you a$$holes :heh:

I'm off to the greener side...

Congratulations buy games and never complete them! I only buy games worth buying there are some games that not worth playing. Even with both systems in my house. Once i get a game im focused until the end. I beat it, then throw it in the bushes. I'm an animal like that.
