Given Amazon's track record, I was expecting this to be a lot more innovative. After seeing what the Amazon Fire had to offer, I really see no need to change from my Roku 3.
Unless you need a streaming device or your current one is
like my WDTV, it's not worth it.
xbotsdoes the xbo controller have an external mic on it? then you could just say voice commands, in a normal voice, to the controller when you aren't using a headset.
I already have the "popular services" via my Blu Ray player. I watch Youtube videos, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime videos, etc. it's built right in. With the Blu Ray option you get 3-D(if your tv is compatible plus price of glasses), browser, can play Blu Ray discs..for even a little less than this box.
You can already stream games via the HDMI from Kindle to HDTV. I don't see a need for it, at this time. The cord was only $5.
