There should be no cap.

Anyone who is at the level to make $350,000 at Amazon is probably worth $1 million at a large financial firm, PE, or a bank. Straight up.
What do high level managers and execs get from Amazon in stock compensation tho?

I'm sure they had people even at the $160K max level still getting compensated over a million on stock incentives.

Yeah, buuuuut money talks. You don't think EEs at other tech companies are going to be seeing what's up with their compensation after this announcement?
:usure:

Some might but when you consider stock grant others might still beat them. Plus the wlb might not make it worth it

capping c-suite salaries mean nothing when they can simply provide them compensation in the form of stock options, which is actually better since they are taxed at a lower rate (capital gains tax) vs salary (federal income tax) when they sell those shares.
Fine.
Cap C-suite compensation.

Brehs should get on this. I'm always getting mails from their recruiters.
It's a very toxic place but might be worth it with that money and experience gained though

You sure? :usure: PIP is performance improvement plan
