Some might but when you consider stock grant others might still beat them. Plus the wlb might not make it worth it

capping c-suite salaries mean nothing when they can simply provide them compensation in the form of stock options, which is actually better since they are taxed at a lower rate (capital gains tax) vs salary (federal income tax) when they sell those shares.

Wonder how they new cap will affect total comp. Unless you're new or you were probably being compensated based on rewards pretty heavy anyway and you aren't pushing those baseline salaries if you're a poor performer.
