What progressives are proposing is what accountability and integrity looks like: making sure mammoth companies like Amazon don't get to evade fair taxation or anti-trust laws, don't get to stifle innovation and suffocate a fair market, and don't get to play by a different set of rules while destroying the fabric of an economically healthy society. That's all happening right now. These companies are allowed to run unchecked because they've bought off government. The government has a duty to protect society against the unchecked predatory capital that is Amazon. Break it up.
