Lately, I've purchased things on Amazon to take advantage of the "Two-Day Delivery" option they advertise on certain items. Some of these items you really do need in two days, and no more. But as soon as you place your order, they give you an "Expected Date of Delivery" that stipulates one or more days later than the two day delivery they actually promised. Who is holding Amazon accountable for this false kind of advertising.

I can't even complain, everything lately I've ordered from Amazon has shown up in 6-12 hrs from order time. Order something at 11pm, drivers calling at 7am next morning.

if it's something small i complain in the chat and they give it for free or discount if it comes late. or if it's important i would chat with them to make sure they know it needs to come on time or cancel the order, sometimes they can expedite
