I'm positive that Atlanta is getting it. I would move back to Atlanta if I could right now, but I'll wait.
Nashville is booming in population growth and cost of living. The current residents better hope they don’t get it. I used to live there and recently visited and the city has changed so much and become so congested that it would be a nightmare as far as traffic and home prices.
I avoided the downtown during my last trip it wa such a pain in the ass to get around now. Unless they put it in a surburb or surrounding county.

If this hits Chicago, I'm moving away from working in the city. Traffic is already hell. However, from what I see, a midwestern town should get it because of central location.
Pittsburgh, Columbus are interesting choices. Didn't think they would go for the rust belt other than distribution centers.
