I'm a software developer. Human customer service will continue to exist in markets where it's demanded. Technology ending an industry is only bad in that it eliminates jobs for millions of people, continuing to do something that's inefficient for the sake of keeping people employed is backwards thinking.
nikkas about to find a loophole and hit they ass in the mothafuking head. Gotta be a way you can trick the system. They gotta have humans in the store to monitor people cause humans will always find a way to outsmart computers. Just like self checkouts. Those ain’t nothing but licks. Stores gotta have people monitor people at the self checkout machines to help with issues they might have and to deter people from stealing.
Business owners (job creators) are always looking to increase efficiency and maximize their bottom line. They will NEVER have an interest in social welfare. That's up to our governments to look after. Propping up redundant jobs just for the sake of having people hired is a no-go for them.

Customer service in this day and age is not what it use to be....Amazon knows this and they are definitely taking advantage of it....if people cared so much for customer service the malls would still be packed.....customer service is now being replaced by convenience....that is the way of future....sad but true....
That’s the point that I initially made. Now wether that’s good or bad is what’s up for debate and I don’t think that the answer is clear. It’s an interesting discussion.
