I don't have any feelings on the matter. Amazon puts out a service and I use it. The profitability of it is irrelevant to me as a consumer. It exist and I use it. End of story.

You're out here trying to split hairs on some "well technically..." when in reality I pay for Prime and I get streaming and next day shipping. It's the same service to me . You also get Prime Music in it.

They try to nudge you towards ad-free, but I just mute the TV and play on my phone. The streaming is a bonus. Never got Prime for their shows.

It's crazy that Netflix still seems to have the best interface. Just pausing, rewinding etc., is so much better.
