They wont be able to afford the property taxes that rise exponentially.
property taxes don't rise by itself, they rise with home values. what comes with that? increased equity. what can these longtime black homeowners do with that increased equity that doesn't involve selling their homes? buy another home in a cheaper market like the warm south and rent out their queens home to take advantage of the rising rents.They wont be able to afford the property taxes that rise exponentially.
