they actually booked her outside the city, so she was given a little bit more time than usual before the normal processing, but i dont really think being high or drunk was her issue...She wasn't tested for a blood alcohol level on the scene? Did she sober up before authorities arrive, or not exhibit signs of drunkenness? Was there any testimony about her sobriety?
The whole thing is bizarre. I don't see an entirely racially motivated crime though. The testimony about her texts and relationships, if this was a different case, we would call that out.
