AMD is releasing a $1500 graphics card

I'm about to build a new pc myself. I want tri-1440p monitors and then a 4th 4K monitor as an auxilary and put up 2 profiles. That's a while down the way though. I gotta save up for that shyt. First the new graphics card though. I was waiting on a 790, but maybe this new AMD card is the way to go

This type of card is far beyond the needs of a typical arcadium poster. If your comparing this card to those in a PS4 or a Xbox One, you're already proving you're not the intended market for this card.

For the record neither am I btw. My 680 will hold me down comfortably till the end of this gen.

i have a $250 card and it will shyt all over the PS4 and XB1 for the entire life of your "next gen".

i typically have a card that is 3 tiers below the best card and i keep it for 2 years.
i will never spend the money it costs for a top notch card because i don't need it...and i'll still be doing much better than consoles.

except it's liquid cooled with more power. It is equivalent to the 780 ti sli, but with better temps (which is a major concern of mine)

Y'all sound mad foolish right now tryina clown the price of this card. No game will require this card. PC Gaming is different from console games because you can spend a little or spend a lot. And like its been said already, this card will last beyond the end of this console cycle.

Cards that cost less than half this card's price will last to the end of this console cycle. Who really keeps a graphics card that long though.

God forbid I need to be able to afford to keep my PC current. Some console fanboy might ridicule me because I can buy a $600 graphics card every 2-3 years to stay somewhat current.
