You refuse to move past there possibly being other reasons beyond "terrorist compounds" for the US to use this.

The slippery slope you talked about earlier in your attempt to make me seem over the top.

There could be other reasons and there probably are other reasons. My point is drones or Obama didn't create this dynamic. It's been there all along and will continue to be there long after obama and drones are gone.

I wasn't trying to make you seem over the top. In my opinion the argument that "this sets a precident for the us goverment to just start killing innocent american citizens" is a little over the top. As long as your not paling around with terrorists you have nothing to worry about.

Who shouldn't be palled around with may be something altogether different in the future and our kids could be in possible danger by those in power who may see who they pall around with as dangerous.

In my opinion this is over the top conspearacy theory rhetoric. Why would they need to pass a law if they were going to turn into a tyranical goverment anyway. Goverments that turn on their citizens don't give a fukk about law.

LIke I said...I've experienced governments targeting their citizens for some of the most mundane reasons....one being calling out corruption.

It's my reality...you've never experienced it. Yet here you are telling me it's over the top when I've seen it pulled off elsewhere.

You don't know the future either. Your speculation is no more valid than my speculation.

The US goverment already has a history of targeting its own citizens. This law does absolutely nothing to change that. If the goverment wants you dead, you're dead, regardless of what laws get passed.

They're asking us to accept it now when at first it was covert and people like you would probably have labeled someone like me as over the top because it was unfounded.
