Americans have a really fukked up and childish views on race and culture which is hilarious because no country is more obsessed with it than the US.

Stop the cap. You ask any Jamaican if Jamaica is Black country they gonna say yes.

I don’t see how anything I said implies Jamaica isn’t a black country (by demographic). That doesn’t negate the fact that there are non-blacks who have been in the country for more than one generation that are also Jamaican (by nationality and culture).

Using your logic, any black person not born in Africa or the Caribbean (and even that is debatable since we’re not indigenous to those islands) can’t be from the country they were born in.

This is a lie

Most countries aren't nearly as welcoming to a variety of different races like the U.S.

most countries dont accept foreigners, they dont seem as obsessed because they dont deal with a melting pot of different, sometimes clashing cultures.

Sean was buzzing in the dancehall scene before he got big. He was doing a lot of riddims with Mr Vegas and others in 1998. He didn’t become a international star until 2002.
You don’t know what you’re talking about. And him having a buzz because of nepotism doesn’t negate my point. I would expound on who my linky’s are in dancehall, but what’s the point, when you can hear it from the horses mouth.

I let a Jamaican Indian man and he sounded like a Rasta. He wasn’t trying to fake it. Jamaican has a strong culture. There isn’t electronic and rock music dominating the airwaves there. They listening to they shyt (reggae dancehall and that . Bro almost single handedly kept dancehall in the spotlight and brought attention to all they other artist
