Once my car is paid off, the only debt I'll have is mortgage at a low fixed interest rate.

This is all I got as well. Just a mortgage. Under $100 in credit card debt, but that's literally nothing since I use my credit cards for everything I can.

Housing cost are high. But interest rates are low. The cost of borrowing for a mortgage is less than inflation.
