Women are the lifeblood of the church too. It's been that way since before the prosperity preachers. So if some preachers catered to them, it's always been because women did the most work in the church. Maybe I'm wrong. But it always seemed that way..thats not to say the men and the Elders weren't on their purpose and weren't the head, but it always seemed like women were the backbone and were always the most "on fire" and fervent so to speak.

When I meant cater to a women’s ego, I was trying to say that these mega churches now preach that there is nothing wrong with being capitalistic and that material wealth is a blessing from the most high.... that type of message resonates with women since they are the biggest consumers and drive the economy.... the fire and brimstone, accountability, and love thy neighbor messages of yesteryear are a rare thing now... you’re not going to see a pastor preach about social justice like they used to back in the day
