There seems to be a weird vibe of “either/or” black/white” in society. At what point do we stop blaming "them" and take responsibility for our own actions in making the present community what it is?

It’s like we are intelligent enough to correct both issues at the same time.
We have to start in our own relationships. If we have the blueprint we should put it into action individually. Not everyone is going to follow and not everyone will even know. But if we are doing it we can become an example for the youth, hell even for our peers. Those who want change will apply and those who don't won't.I know we can't control what the outsiders do but at the very least we should be controlling what happens in our households/communities.
Not familiar with Dr. Chika but I will look into them. Thank you.His worked always kinda reminded me of Dr Chika Onyeani. But chika is far more blunt.
He's most known for the book I've posted below. The reason I say him and Amos are similar are due to how they express that power is the main reason black people are in the position we are in. But Chika definitely takes it a step forward in a way that alot of black people aren't comfortable with (due to the language and bluntness) and many will find down right offensive if they're a sensitive person. It's for you to come to your own decision obviously though. Not familiar with Dr. Chika but I will look into them. Thank you.
