Ira Rennert ranks #132 on Forbes Magazine's list of World Billionaires.[22] He also ranks #29 on the Jerusalem Post's list of the World's 50 Richest Jews.

And dude isn't even the richest right now but he's a jew :whew:

Property taxes are damn near 400k a year and the values is $199 million :wow:. I'd be pissed just knowing how high my utilities would be to manage such an unnecessarily large home.

What you guys fail to realize is he has this house and multiple vacation homes with multiple townhouses in city centers.

Maintenance? When you have that type of money you have landscapers, maids etc. It's a beautiful house. It's decadence and greed at it's finest. American exceptionalism. How sweet it is. :win:

but i have a thing about castles. even then it would only be a vaction home. i like smaller and more "Cozy" to live in year round. :yeshrug:

shiiietttt :whoo: that's a beauty

but yeah, for 100 million, I could get dope spots in NYC, London, Paris, Hong Kong, Morocco, and LA :manny: for 200 million add Vancouver, Montego Bay, Miami, and Lagos :obama:

The money is really what I'd want, the freedom it provides is really all I value it for.

exactly breh :whoo:

I could get real ignant with 6 billi:scustkobe:

Honestly, I wouldn't even want that shyt:what:.

It has a damn parking lot.
you have to drive to the pool.
Probably take you 10 mins to walk to the kitchen.

Naw bruh, I will pass.:childplease:

honestly, of course we'd want to be worth 5.6 billion dollars. Who wouldn't?

But that house is too damned big. It's cool and everything but I would build smaller even if I had that kind of money...for practical reasons. I'm not trying to get winded walking to the pool/track, take 40 minutes to find where I put my latest wife. :heh: Gonna have to put tracking devices on the servants and shyt.

Real talk, like what some of the other posters said here, I'd rather have the means to own such a house rather than actually owning it. That's just too much fukking house--seems unnecessary.

I'd rather have a few brick townhouses in city centers across the world like this one in Manhattan :wow:

Upper East Side, Marvelous Single Family Carriage House near Central Park 5 BR for sale, Upper East Side Townhouse sales Upper East Side Single Family Townhouse For Sale 178 East 75th Street - Carriage House For Sale in Manhattan | Nest Seekers

did howard stern own this?
