It's weird, I'm reading a few people here and in real reviews talking about some of the crude/shallow nature of .Paak's lyrics...

:gucci:

Who the fukk have they been listening to this whole time?

"If I call you a bytch, it's cause you my bytch, and as long as no-one else calls you a bytch, then it won't be no problems"

.Paak been talking pimp shyt and making sexually suggestive songs since Venice. Yes Lawd! was the apex of that shyt.

Yep. I think it’s because a lot of people are really stupid.

A lot of people didn't really check for Yes Lawd as much as they did for Malibu. Especially women. I put my homegirl on to Paak, and while she loved Malibu, she was like Yes Lawd had too much pimp shyt/cursing on it for her liking.

shyt, the very first song on Venice:

Swimmin in milk and honey....dikk in this bytch's stomach :shaq:

I think people hopped on with Malibu and didn't bother with anything else...he's a crass motherfukker. I hopped on with Malibu too but I did my homework on him :manny:

I put you on to that

yall are foolin, sayin he went pop. legit the only obvious single on here is Tints

he set the bar high. personally its not my favorite project of his but it is good.

i hope he makes cheers a single, one of my favorite tracks. probably will be trippy tho for that j cole stimulus
Some people in here are trying WAY too hard with their musical opinions. Sheesh. I wish they would just say less and enjoy the music. All of the paragraphs aren’t necessary.

I agree. This album isn’t pop at all. It may not be better than Malibu, but it’s another solid album from AP.

Pretty disappointed, I had higher expectations

Hope he goes back to working with free nationals or some indie producers, not a fan of the direction dre took this

second half of 6 summers or the second half of brothers keeper is what i needed more of

glad he left that trash bubblin off

nonetheless it's not a horrible project, just forgettable
