I don't think people should insult him for not dropping an album, that's idiotic.

That said, if Andre don't feel like dropping a rap album he has every right to. But the excuse he came out with saying at his age what could he be rapping about talking about the coloscopy example was silly. It was dismissive to all his peers and his age group that still dropping great music while saying dope bars

And the second thing is I got a problem with the people that try to force him into goat convos. He may be alot of people favorite rappers and that's ok. But we should not put a rapper that don't have a solo effort into the same conversation with those who have. Let alone cats that dropped not only several solos but multiple hip hop classics as well.

It was a dumb thing to say in the moment. We've gone way past the point of pretending hip hop is just for young people. That was true in the 80s and 90s when the genre was still young. But generations have now grown old with hip hop and learned how to adapt and make music as 40 year olds as 50 year olds.

Doesn't mean Andre has to rap but he should just admit he doesn't wanna rap anymore. Nothing embarrassing about wanting to rap as an old head. We need to stop that myth.
